Property Letting Services:
Our Let Only service includes the following:
- Rental valuation and assessment of the property
- Advertising on our in-house website and accommodation listing. Digital photographs of your property will be displayed on our website.
- Advertising in local newspaper where instructed
- Place ‘to let’ sign at the property where instructed
- View the property as many times as necessary to source suitable tenant
- Obtain and check references of prospective tenants and seek approval of landlord
- Collection of security deposit and one months rent in advance
- Take ESB and Gas readings on day the tenants' move in to the property and transfer the utility bill into the tenants name.
- Prepare lease agreements for signing by the tenant
Property Management Services:

- Monitor closely rent collection
